Before submitting the manuscript, please ensure that Instructions for Authors have been followed.
Please ensure that the following are included in the email:
- Corresponding author, including contact details
- Additional authors
- Authors respective institutions/affiliations
- Type of manuscript (research, topical discussion, best practice, book review)
- Any additional comments if required
- Manuscript must be in MS Word format
